fraud on credit card

Hi
Last month when i went on my online banking i noticed some transactions on my credit card which wasn't made by me. Over £500. I called my card company straight away and reported it and they put a stop on my card and issued me with another one. They advised me that id receive a fraud letter from the bank which i would need to fill in and return. Ive done this but on checking the list of fraud transactions they listed, all of them have since been reversed and credited on to the account. However from the point i called to advise of the fraud more transactions appeared (i guess these were made before i cancelled the card and them appearing on my online statement). So on the form i returned back i advised the bank the ones they listed had been reversed and paid back but then listed all the new ones which appeared. This form was sent back at the beginning of October and they have still not been credited back yet. How long should this take? Should i call them to find out? When i called about the fraud they advised me of their own security. Thye email and text about transactions etc. Its called I D Aware. Is this any good?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
