Yes, if you have a personal account you cannot accept card payments, if someoe tried to pay by card it will not allow the money into your 'account' until you have upgraded your account.

thanks for the pm by the way. got paypal set up but if people book this way and only on the basic format i am not sure how i will be able to tell they have paid unless....does it come out clear on the other side? i think the ideal way is to try it out myself maybe would you say?
