Is there an answering machine that can be set up to give one message at one time of the day (when office open but busy on another line) and a different message at another time (when the office is closed).
Any help would be appreciated

I'm only aware of it being done with expensive equipment from the likes of BT and Nortel Networks. They also require a computer\server.0

What about having 2 fairly cheap ones? You can record a different message on each, then just switch the plug as needed.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

Do you have a PC in your shop that gets turned off when you leave? Have the PC answer after 5 rings with message 1 and your answer machine after 6/7 rings with message 2 (loads of software around to make a pc behave like an answering machine).0
