Excellent deal on M&S Cava

i bought a dozen bottles (only 6 for me) realised i shouldve got more as was paying £28 for 12 with 10% off voucher but didn't want to draw attention and couldn't carry anymore.
Shame but very pleased with my bargain.

yes can confirm been to marks and spencer bought 6 bottles of cava £7.49 each, got 2 for £10 and then 10% off , still about £3 a bottle by my calculation but not a steal of a find.

How do you get it to £3 a bottle, I can only get it to about £4.25?

I think the previous poster meant 25% off rather than 10% - it was explained earlier in the thread. When the deal was on (it ended on Sunday 1st November) the two discounts came off simultaneously rather than one after the other.

So, at the original £7.49, price for 6 = £44.94
Buy 2 for £10, price for 6 = £30.00, saving £2.49 a bottle
Get 25% off when you buy 6 = IGNORES THE 2 FOR £10 DEAL, SO TAKES 25% OFF THE ORIGINAL £7.49 PER BOTTLE = price for 6 = £33.71, saving £1.87 a bottle

£7.49-£2.49 = £5.00
£5.00-£1.87 = £3.13

I assumed they had got it for about £3 even after the offer had finished. Just wondered if there was a different offer.

For those that missed out on the cava offer, to coincide with the penny bazaar, the 25% offer is back on again for a couple days from wednesday. Also the chocolates mentioned above are now bogof

I picked this deal up (again :j) today so it is definitely live!!

There was also lots of stuff half price after the weekend offer, selected italian ready meals were 3 for £5 and rotisserie style chicken had £1 a kilo off it (so picked up a chicken for four of us for about £4) their christmas stuffing is also 3 for £5 (or £2.49 each)

This deal is back on until Sat as far as I know. If you don't like Cava then you can get 25% off when you buy 6 bottles of wine or champagne so there are other bargains to be had.

Just back from local M&S where I got 6 bottles of medium dry prestige cava for the grand total of £18-78p.
A good price at £3-13 a bottle but whether it tastes any different from Tesco`s or Asda`s own make cava remains to be seen.
At Asda today they wanted £3-98 a bottle,which is the normal price.
So M&S`s £7-49 a bottle seems a bit on the inflated side to make it look a great bargain.
A good deal price from £44-94 to £18-78 but taken with a pinch of salt.
