    Perhaps, and as I recall OP was told it was 'old stock'. Still, on the face of it I can understand her annoyance even though they are acting within the law.
    I think I'd snatch their hands off at an offer of £20 refund though :D

    The perception of bullying is subjective ...And why should a new member have to leave as a response ....Sounds like a bully speaking to me ..
