According to the LeapFish domain name analyzer, propertydevelopement.co.uk is worth $8214, if it were spelt properly it'd be worth $9126.

    debutalbum.co.uk is worth $9842, and footballwembley.com is worth $10,584.

These are, of course, all estimated values, and there are a lot of factors which will determine whether you'd actually get that much for them.

They are pretty far-out in my opinion, it valued one of mine at $40k (a three letter co.uk domain) and I have 10-20 more like that!

Also obviously it is only ever worth what somebody is willing to pay. You need to think about who is going to buy them, what they will be doing with them and whether they would have any other (cheaper) options to achieve their goal. Most people holding a domain for investment will be selling it to the next end-user and not another speculator, unless it is cheap and the domain is *very* good.

Misspelled domains are ok if they are single words. This one is two words and the misspelling isn't that common, although somebody might be able to make use of it. The second one is two dictionary words and could be of interest. I would say take any reasonable offer which covers the registration/renewal costs and a enough for a good meal out.

This one is probably worth holding onto until you get a good offer. I would advise putting some content on the site (eg. Google AdSense for domains or Miva) until you sell it.

Domain names are overrated. Since google can locate relevant content reliably, then there's very little need for the domain name to be relevant. ie: if wembley stadium set up their website properly then a search for "wembley stadium" on google should list their site first, even if it's www.database.co.uk/users/id=footballclub?user=whatthefukareyoutalkingaboutyoudrunkenfool/egg=scrambled/undpofactprwhatthewhatthethethethewatthe!!!!again/whocaresanyeay/whatever.jpg

Try and sell them and you'll find what they are worth... prolly very little. Multiple word domains historically strugle to achieve reasonable prices.

Rob, how on earth do you get anything out of Leapfish - tried a few things (thought that BaseballWembley.com might be worth billions - lol), but just got a "creating analysis" message for around 5 mins and a blank screen...

No, it's just that a reasonable price is very little, rather than some ridiculously inflated figure spewed out by an engine provided by a company with a vested interest!

Why on earth would something like debutalbum.co.uk be worth anything more than a few pee anyway?! Anyone who wanted something like that (probably about 2 people in the whole world) could easily find an alternative anyway. Nobody looking for anyhting to do with debut albums would type https://www.debutalbum.co.uk into a browser.
