Threads all merged into 1 - to the original poster check your "User CP" -> "Edit Options" -> "Date & Time Options", make sure you have it set to automatically detect DSTor it is quite possible the time displays wrongly for you

Well spotted - I never log out so I've not noticed that before. I've checked on another site I manage and it's a vBulletin option in the Control panel that sets it for Guests and new users.
I've also dropped a note to the technical contact address to highlight it (although I'm sure they will have noticed)
