Littlewoods clearance on ebay- protected by TPS?

I'm guessing the answer is a big fat no, but I bought a item from the Littlewoods Clearance shop.

I left them a neutral since they signed me up to a newsletter without me realising, hassled me for feedback before I even got the item and their choice of courier is in my experience not good. (From a private seller, or small business I would have let at least that last one go, but from a big seller I think it is a fair comment)

Now they have requested my details from ebay and I'm a bit concerned- I don't want any calls from them.
I'm registered with the telephone preference program, but I'm guessing that ebay related calls are not covered?

Sorry for the long post, but I've only ever been called by one ebay seller before, and she was lovely.

it wont come under TPS but give them a chance
they could be calling to try and resolve the issues

Having worked for Littlewoods, just make sure your answerphone is permanently on.
