Tesco 0% offer - who to believe!?

Just received my Tesco 0% CC card. The person on the phone said the 0% on purchases and BTs is for 6 months. My credit agreement says 0% on BTs for 6 months and 12 months on purchases. I told her this but she said it definitely said 6 months on purchases on her screen. I called back and another person confirmed what the original person said.

Has anyone had this problem? I'm tempted to rely on my credit agreement but it's not very reassuring.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I got mine a couple of months ago and I got 12 months on purchases, 6 months on BTs.

They are even advertising the clubcard credit card as having 12 months like you say.

You have a written contract that says you have 0% for 12 months on purchases. That is a legally binding document. Therefore you have 12 months.

binaryuniverse- I agree with your point that it's legally binding, but it's not very reassuring and I'd rather smooth over any potential problems now rather than get into a discussion with Tesco at a later stage...
