Car parking in Cardiff city center

We are travelling to Cardiff in Nov (14-17) and staying at Holiday Inn on Castle Street. The hotel charges £10 per 24 hours, which I think it is quite steep espcially for a conference delegate. Does anyone know any cheaper alternative car parks in the area?

£10 for 24 hours is not bad for cardiff in fact it is good. The NCP is £28 for 24 hours On the road by the museum is £3 for 5 hours you would have to re ticket the car during the day though because you can only pay £3 pay and display. Have you thought about possibley train as the hotel is only a 5 min walk from the station and is central to all of the city. The buses stop virtually outside the hotel
