The worst home information pack provider (Valuhips) – 6 weeks to wait for hip

Hi,
I'm an energy assessor and I’ve used a HIP pack provider call Valuhips.
I was looking for a cheap provider and I chose them as they were reasonably priced.
A warning for you customers, I’ve had 8 orders and at the start from 6 months ago it took them 3 weeks to produce the HIP pack even though the website stated the latest it would take them to product it is 2 weeks.
In the past 2 months I’ve had to wait on average 6 WEEKS!!! for searches and lost a lot of money from customers cancelling their orders. I constantly emailed them (which they don’t respond to) and telephoned them to find out the status and to speed up the process and I would get nothing but broken promises and deadlines which wasn’t met. I recently did a HIP with another company and it took them 9 working days so why is Valuhips taking that much longers?
I even noticed a few errors on the HIP pack where the address was incorrect or the searches were for another address with the same street.
They are very poorly run as an organisation and if you want to talk to the manager, well get in line because I emailed them 10 times in the last 2 months and I didn’t get a response.
These cheap HIP pack providers are exactly what the company is about – CHEAP. They are cheaply run and the service is as poor as you can get.
Do not waste your time with them, pay a little more so you can get your property on the market as soon as possible or that customers won’t cancel their orders and give you a bad reputation.

  • just came across this post by chance and just wanted to give my feedback on this company.

I placed my order on the 4th of November and received my interim pack within 5 days and the Full pack this Tuesday (17th November) which in my opinion is pretty good. the communication has been excellent and each ive had any questions they have always been very responsive.

i also gave their details to a work colleague and she has just placed an order with them so lets see what happens.

No doubt all companies have thier problems, no one is perfect, but for me, the service and the price has been fantastic
