Following this weekends meal deal at M & S remember to check out the store for half price offers on the meal deal excess stock. Greenock store had Oakham chickens and salmon available in the mains. Tartlets for starters ? Roast potatoes and other potatoes and red cabbage. Sticky toffee pudding bb 8 nov, cheesecake ?, blackberry and pear tart, and individual crumbles (I think). All half price and some with good dates on.

Hi...i rarely food shop in M&S but as It a 5 min walk i just nipped down to get a chicken, and other mark down stuff....
Just wondered if this meal deal thingy changes every week as I'll be nipping in every Monday if thats the caseNever put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0 -
Not every week. Keep an eye on this thread and the food & groceries thread, as people normally post when a deal is due. The latest one was dine in for 4 at a cost of £15, normally it is for 2 at £10, but depending on what is on offer, you can quite often feed more than 2 with what you get.0

we were very disappointed with the last 'meal for 2' deal - DH could have eaten ALL of it & still looked for more as it was all individual-sized portions eg 2 small pies rather than a joint or a bird.
Looks like they have realised MSE-ers cunning & put up prices accordingly for the bigger items.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0
