Barclays- Sent letter requesting and received complaints questionnaire?

I had that sent to me by Barclays, I didn't fill it in.

Barclays do take their time but I have just received a letter from them getting my £3000 ppi back plus a extra £1000 in interest.

So the do pay out eventually, took me about 6-8 months.

These are becoming a common practice now, however if the loan was taken out less that 6 years ago, realistically they should still hold the details on your account, but it may be that they no longer hold everything, where this is why they have sent the questionnaire.

It is up to you, you could write back and tell them you have not completed the questionnaire as you believe they should still hold the details of your account, and you also sent a letter and to refer to that, or complete it to the best of your knowledge.

They still have 8 weeks from the first letter.;)

I have just rung barclaycard again about my goldfish now barclaycard cc as i was really fed up of waiting ,i sent the questionaire back 26th august ,the lady i spoke to who was very nice said it had been looked at yesterday and was now waiting to be actioned ,she couldnt tell me anymore but said i would hear from them in about a week . I had problems with B Card charging me PPI after I cancelled it. They did not charge me for 2 months then did, so I complained via their website. After a few emails I got a letter then a questionaire which I refused to send back saying they were stealing from me in a nutshell. Another month or so passed so I complained again and within a week I got a letter listing the charges, offering me 3 k ish and a statement to send back. I did and they refunded me, the only problem being straight to the account which cleard the debt, but I really needed that money elsewhere. The b**tards then reduced the credit limit so I am now after them for the charges!
Don't give up whatever you do.
