hi placed order yesterday got an order reference number money authorised on my card but no email and when i went on sainsburys website to my orders nothing, rang them with order number etc said no trace of it and are contacting their fraud department was supposed to have call at 12.30 still waitng! said they havnt had any problems with anyone elses orders!

emweaver- how did you know your orders were cancelled, did they email you?

this whole experience has put me off sainsburys dont think ill bother with them again especially not if they cancel dh order too

under my order status it said cancelled then half hour after i noticed this i got a email

I placed my 1st order with them yesterday for £121 and that was not cancelled. Had despatched email last night and showing as despatched in my account too. It was by next day delivery so should be here today.

i dont understand it is you billing address right the name on card right,do you live in a remote place like small village,how can they cancel an order without knowing why its stupid lol.
