My order is still shown as processing from 12.30am yesterday, yet i have had one delivered that i put in shortly after. It was only 3 items though, the first order was alot bigger. I did choose standard delivery thinking it would be better to turn up when dd is back at school but i will be ringing if i dont get a dispatch email soon.

I'm beginning to wonder if they do have any stock because i had the caravan in my basket refreshed page and OOS i might not be the fastest typist in the world but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i rang them and they have no idea themselves i am tamping and i let rip into her how can they cancel orders without knowing why! ive just reordered what i can in dh name on his card see if that works but the walking chou chou is out of stock and this is dd no 1 on her list

if anyone sees the walking chou chou back in or sale elsewhere please let me know

if its your first order with them dont spend over £100 as apaprently thats why my first order was cancelled!!

they still cant explain why the other 3 are cancelled
