Oh well I guess next time I'll check for myself rather than 'listen' to posts here!!
lawlorlane wrote: »Well I dont think anyone else is to blame for you 'listening' other than yourself........even if you had checked yourself through CS or store you may well have been told that it was not online by them, no one seemed to know and there was apparently a link to suggest by a member of Sainsburys staff on thier website that the sale would not be online.
People only post on here with what they think is helpful/true info so yes, you should have waited up like others!
There should be no blame on any posters who gave what they thought was true info!
Couldnt agree more Lawlorlane :T If it is that important to people to get bargains then stay up and double check yourself like the rest of us didNo one has "lost" anything or had anything taken away they just missed out on a bargain. Annoying for them yes but enough to be rude to posters who were trying to help and give information they were told - NO

I agree, we all had fun last night waiting up, if everyone had said it wasn't online I probably wouldn't have looked but as some people were told it was online there was no way I was going to bed until I knew for sure they weren't online. I'm very happy with my bargains and picked up more today instore, so that is stocking fillers done now too!!

I personally am finding this "blame" thing bl00dy rude now . If you had wanted stuff then you should have stayed up . This thread at the beginning clearly stated yes no yes no etc so based on that info I stayed up . There will be other sales before Xmas , Wilkinsons last year went 1/2 price before Xmas Eve , Amazon have that toy sale as well so there are plenty more opportunities (sp?) for bargains .Baby Thomas born 3 months early by emergency section on 21/1/09 weighing 1lb 15ozs .
Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !

I was concerned about my order so rang Sainsbury's CS, she checked for me and states it is simply that they are so busy in the warehouse that orders are still processing. I am not totally reassured but we really can only sit and wait for our deliveries now. I know in the past with Boots I have had stil processing in account and then had knock on door with delivery, so keep calm everone and remember if things not available will still get money back, they may come back in stock and their will be other major retailers also doing major discounts at some later point (now i've just got to take my own advice and stop fretting).Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0
