Lloyd TSB

I had sent a letter to Lloyds TSB in June, requesting a copy of 2 loan agreements as I believe I was mis-sold PPI.

Unfortunately these loans had previously been passed to a debt recovery service, who we now pay through CCCS. I finally received a letter today, not from Lloyds TSB but from Iqor Recovery Services stating the following

"...Our client Lloyds has informed us that they have a standard customer documentation retention period and given the opening date of your account with them, a copy of your credit agreement is not available.
We would be grateful if you would let us know how you wish to proceed with this matter.

Your account has been placed on hold for 2 weeks to allow for your response.'

I am unsure when I took these loans out but it must be around 2002. Is it now to late to pursue this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi hun

I think this is one for the above thread "debtfreewannabe"
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.html?f=76

I don't think its too late, I taken out a credit card with lloyds tsb where they added ppi in 2001 and was successful with that, so keep at them and I'm sure many have been in the same situation as you here on the above thread, post this on there and someone should be along to give some useful advice on this.
Although this is PPI related, but due to your circumstances etc.;)

Good luck and please keep us posted.;)
