Capital One World card cashback

Hi. Anyone know what the current cashback rate is for the World card? Have been checking online and although it says the card still gets cashback plus a £10 a year cashback bonus, it doesn't say what the rate is.

    It is 1%
i think it's the most best value card on the market at the moment (prviding you settle in full)

Cap 1 do like to increase the rates but if your a full balance payer, brucey bonus.

You get free Equifax service to check your credit report
    Cashback
The on line account servicing is absolutely brilliant too :)

I wonder if Capital One will ever do a cashback card again... I want a Cap One card for the free Equifax alerts, bus cashback would be good too... Perhaps I'm being greedy, LOL!

I don't think the Capital ONE card is a world mastercard now like it used to be?

The only world mastercard (Cashback) I know of now is the EGG card, but they charge £1 a month!
  • Aldo,

The card being mentioned (no longer available to new applicants) was recently "upgraded"? to World Mastercard along with a new £10 credit p.a. (I have one - I think the trade-off was losing some insurance or other that I was never going to use).

I'd be surprised if they didn't do a Capital One Circle card (remember that?!) and reduce the cashback % at some point (at which time I will again look for the scissors and move on, as many of us did from the Circle card).

Ahh ok, The branding artwork on my old Cap 1 card did show it was a World Mastercard, but this new black one I have doesn't. I'm also yet to receive my £10 per annum cashback bonus too.

Good to know it's still world mastercard then :)
I have earnt about £110 cashback this year.

My black one, issued Oct this year, has "world" written the grey stripe across the middle

How embarassing, I still have the activation sticker on the card which covers the grey strip :p
