had a partial ppi success against capial one thay have said as a good will gesture they will credit my wifes account with £137.00 or should I keep going with it and try to claim the full ammount and keep going with the fos.

Hi there
If it were me and a big difference, then yes I would try to keep on for the lot of it. It is up to you, write to tell them your not happy, as you still believe it was mis sold due to the reasons you originally sent them, and ask them to reconsider this, if they do not you always have the FOS, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I acknowledge your letter offering to refund, as a Goodwill Gesture, the amount of £137.00 but would like to reiterate my complaint in that I want to be put back into the position as if I never had the PPI plus 8% statutory interest as I feel this was missold. I would now like your final response in this matter and if this goes beyond the 8 weeks for a final response then I shall take the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into this on my behalf.0
