Hi there
Moonbeever contacted me recently about my nil tax code requesting that I sent 3 copies and future ones thereafter.
I asked them if they would accept scanned, emailed copies and they said yes. :T
You could email them too and ask if its ok. It would be interesting to see what they say! But it must be ok for you if its ok for me?
Good luck xx
By the way, not got my nil tax code yet and went bankrupt in June 09. Still waiting......0 -

If you pay less than £50 tax a month you don't get one. If it is close to the end of the financial year then you don't get one. Some people just slip through the net as well. If you are self employed you don't get one.
But in general most peopl recieve one.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

If he only pays £24 a month in tax then its not worth MB contacting him.....usually they dont bother if the tax ammount is under £50 month because the OR's office has to pay MB to administrate the accounts so for such a low ammount its simply not worth their time.We all die. Thanks for that! So what do we do with the money then? I suppose we have to pay it back to the taxman? And by the way - you gave me some invaluable help when I was going BR with the IPA table - we went BR April 20 - now discharged as of 5 Nov - no ipa - no hassle so thank you for your help :T0

you do not need to pay it back to HMRC, most people keep it locked away fr a year after discharge just in case the OR comes asking for it but they wontHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
