Took everything out all in one go the day before my bankruptcy hearing....and promptly hid the cash in my sock drawerWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
Take it out sooner rather than later. I had some credit left on one card and for some reason couldn't take it out of a cash machine.
Loads of people have funded their bankruptcy and there have been tons of examples on here but maybe the subject hasn't come up for some time.
Go for it! For many its the only way they can raise the money.

Newcastle wouldn't take card, i phoned and asked as i was paying the fees for my OH. When we got there there was also a sign up saying that no card would be accepted and if you didn't have the cash you would need to reschedule your appointment!Don't let your fears stand in the way of your dreams. :A0

All courts are CASH only unless a charity has paid for fees then they will take cheque made out to the court of apperance...

Irresponsible advice. Genetic or enviromental? There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.0 -
My understanding was you could not use credit knowing you could not pay it back. We are at the moment saving for our fees and hopefully we should have enough, however (theoretically) if we are short near the date would I be able to use my overdaft with the Nationwide to fund the shortfall? At the moment I owe nothing to the Nationwide.:pB&SC No. 298

you are indeed correct dojoman...BUT this instance the OR will always turn a blind eye as long as its only the bankruptcy fees...not BR fees & buying a ton of stuff at the same time
as I mentioned before...I used both my credit card and my barclays O/D without any problems at all.We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
