Most courts dont take credit cards.

But you could withdraw the cash and pay that way instead. ORs tend to turn a blind eye to how their fees are funded (unless its illegal!)

When you get to this point in life, you tend to scrabble and scratch around wherever you can to find the funds.

If you have some available credit left then you are in better position than most!

I have a credit card that i have never had debt on and would cover the £520.00 to go bankrupt.
  • well rack up some debt on it and toss it on the fire with the rest ! no point going BR with unused limits is there ?

I'm not sure they would actually take the card for BR fees, but you could take the cash out. As long as it's existing credit and not something you've newly applied for the OR is likely to overlook it.
