Has anyone used a Credit card to pay for there bankruptcy that is part of there bankruptcy petition I know some courts take cards and I was thinking of doing this.

Most courts dont take credit cards.
But you could withdraw the cash and pay that way instead. ORs tend to turn a blind eye to how their fees are funded (unless its illegal!)0 -
well i was going to take the cash out off the card but was not sure if anyone had done this before this Is something that I have not come across on this forum before but I am sure people have done that before taken the cash off a credit card to pay for bankruptcy0

If you have some available credit left then you are in better position than most!

I have a credit card that i have never had debt on and would cover the £520.00 to go bankrupt.0

well rack up some debt on it and toss it on the fire with the rest ! no point going BR with unused limits is there ?0

I'm not sure they would actually take the card for BR fees, but you could take the cash out. As long as it's existing credit and not something you've newly applied for the OR is likely to overlook it.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
