Really cross - the caretaker to our block of flats has been told that someone has complained about his cleaning. He is the nicest man and the communal areas are immaculate; he does far more than he should eg takes parcels upstairs to the older residents, collecting prescriptions, helping with deliveries, etc. The managing agents won't tell us who has complained - aren't some people vicious??
Need to get on with letter to managing agent - already sent the caretaker a card.
JxI could give up chocolate, but I'm no quitter!Shoe love is true loveDebt-free 21/12/09 and determined to stay that way - still DF 09/10/170 -

Jassa, that's nice of you to support the caretaker, he will appreciate that, sounds like he's an excellent guy"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
