BT Problem

BT charged me £125.00 for an engerneer visit, which he came on the wrong date and BT have admitted that this was their error and credited my account.

When I asked if I could have the credit paid directly in to my bank account, they told me that this isn't possible and the credit will have to remain on my BT account.

Can I do anything legally about this?

    BT made a mistake and as a result, they took payment directly out of my bank account.

    That money is mine and I should be entitled to have it paid back in to my bank account.

    Be thankful? Why? That's my money and they had made a mistake.
