    That's the problem...unlike other customers (they seem to be doing this to all customers at the moment), I haven't been given the option...not explicitly, anyway.

    They are legally obliged to offer this option since the intervention from the Business Secretary back in January of this year.

    If it is not on your letter, speak with them and remind them of their obligations.

    You would save more money by getting a new 0% Balance Transfer card though. This would also mean they no longer get any funds from you.

    i started off 0% bt to virgin, it crept up to 25% then 30% - never missed a payment. didn't seem right - to be fair i was livid!

    Theres no loyalty in this game - always best to Balance Transfer to a new 0% provider BEFORE the existing promotion expires. Don't give them the chance to stitch you for interest ;)
