Can i get Phone Contract after being declared bankrupt ?

Hi Darren,
T-Mobile will do a sim only contract on a 30 day basis for £15 per month. When I took mine it included 300 minutes and unlimted texts, but calls to non-geographical numbers such as 07, 08 and 09 numbers are not included in the pre-paid allowance. One of the nice things is that it is impossible to build up a bill, because as soon as the allowance is reached, it becomes PAYG for the rest of the month. I find I have to keep a small PAYG balance on their for 08 numbers, or for accessing the internet (£1 per day if your phone is suitable)BSC 2710 -
What if you already have a contract? Can you just keep paying it as if nothing has happened?
I know this is a very old thread but I was wondering if continuing a mobile contract will help increase your credit score over the following 6 years, as opposed to having nothing at all.0 -

I now live away from parents and was thinking of applying for a mobile phone contract so i can keep in touch with them on a regular basis but im wondering if i am allowed to do this whilst being bankrupt ? I dare not do it until i know if it is ok or against the law. thanks
See my post from the other day - Tesco will do their Sim Only deals with no credit check if you cap them.
Basically, you'll only get the bundled mins/text/web - anything after that you top up.
Use their online chat - helped me alot other day.0
