I'm unsure if that means the email can only be sent on those two days??????

I think Boots are trying to say that you can enter online on these two days as well as in-store. From the T&C:
You can enter the competition in store or online during 28th-29th October 2009.
The competition will be running across larger Boots stores on 28th and 29th October – so simply pop in and fill in your details on the forms in store.
Alternatively, you can enter now online by sending an email titled "Peppa Pig Competition" to [EMAIL="boots.campaign.competitions@boots.co.uk?Subject=Peppa Pig Competition?Body=Question - What do you have to use to call Peppa when playing the Peppa Pig Hide & Seek game?"]boots.campaign.competitions@boots.co.uk[/EMAIL] with the answer to the following question:

The comp. was published on 10 October 2009 on their site. Boots have not worded it very well, but, in my opinion, they are trying to say that the comp. does not end for on-line entries just because you can enter in store on 28-29 October.
