So only 13 years ago then - and nothing has changed in the financial world since then?

Jones, yes a CELTA course is externally accredited and validated by the University of Cambridge and is the only internationally recognised English Language Teaching qualifcation. There are equivs but the CELTA or Trinity are the two most highly regarded quals around.

I tried to get CELTA course funding but nobody will help.
Even tried crisis loan explaining how it could help me and Government jobs figures.
They want you off the dole but they cant lend or fund you for possible new qualification to get you working abroad. IF things have changed past five months please tell me.0 -

Hang on, so you are upset because you weren't given a crisis loan to do an educational course so you could go and work abroad.
