Not everyone's cup of tea, but I thought I would post this just in case we have some aspiring designers/artists amongst us.
The Prizes
The winner will see their design used as a cover for Hobbyism, the Full Time Hobby compilation out early next year. Full Time Hobby will select the overall winner, whose work will also be reproduced on a Firetrap product, sold in shops. The Dazed editors and Firetrap will select four runners-up from the top voted entries, who, along with the winner, will see their design on Firetrap product and receive £250 of Firetrap vouchers to redeem online
The Brief
We're looking for original work from aspiring photographers, illustrators, typographers and artists – it's up to you what you create and how you go about it, but it will need to be able to fit on a standard CD and don't forget this is for Full Time Hobby's Hobbyism compilation!!
All artwork must be designed in high-resolution, 300dpi and final artwork may need to be modified due to any necessary production constraints.
How to Enter
All entries must be submitted by 26 November, 2009 to be considered and Dazed Digital and Firetrap reserve the right to refuse any entries deemed unsuitable. All voting online will be available until closing date of competition, so it is in your best interest to get your submissions in early.
