Friends and family railcard - buy in station - can I get free yha?

Hi

I want to get a friends and family railcard for a trip to London this week. No point ordering it online as with the postal strike no guarantee it will arrive so I was thinking I can get it at a manned station.

Anyway - online orders though get free yha membership.

So, has anyone successfully bought a family railcard in a station and been able to wangle free yah membership?

if so, how?

Scott

The YHA offer is only for online railcard purchases.

I bought my FFRC a couple of weeks ago and have since tried to get free YHA membership. I've been to both websites and can't seem to find any code to do it, and can't recall being given one when I signed up. Nothing came through the post with the card either- anyone got any ideas how it works? Ta!

On the Railcard website it says...
Full details on how you can claim this offer will be given to you in your confirmation page once you have successfully purchased your Family & Friends Railcard online.

So, find the email they sent you.

Thanks for your help but I can't see anything in the confirmation either!! Gives railcard ref number, how much I've been charged and when it will be despatched but very little info of any use!

Looks like a phone call would be appropriate, don't you think?

Let me guess your next question...

    Who should I phone?
