Engine judder after service?

I had my Ford KA serviced on saturday. Since I picked it up the engine has been juddering when idling which it didn't do before. The only thing that came up on the engine check was that the tappits were worn and needed replacing or adjusting, but the engine ran smooth (although noisy) before the service.
Any idea what it could be? Would they have tinkered with something that could've not been put back right or something, causing the judder? It was fine before the service. I tried calling them today but they're closed so having to call tomorrow.

Are the spark plug leads pushed down onto the spark plugs properly?
Could be a lose lead.
Check with the engine not running as you might get a shock if you do this while the car is running.0 -
sound like the tappets havent been adjusted properly....work permit granted!0

The tappets weren't adjusted at all. That's next on the 'to do list' along with front brakes and rear suspension mounts. Called them this morning and taking it it. He seemed to think it was a spark plug connection or lead.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Sounds like a misfire - but if it's the sparkplug connection or lead, the engine would misfire all the time, not just at tickover."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
