Hi,
I have never used this site to book hotels and they seem ok going by the look of it, but has anyone used this site as I have seen a hotel that I want to book on the hotels4u website for £100 cheaper than anywhere?!?
Thanks

Yes Ive used them several times.Accom exactly as booked.
how about some icing on the cake?
10% cashback if you click thru to them via Quidco.0 -
oooh, forgot about quidco, thanks for that!!0

Its part of Thomas Cook so should be as safe as they come but I've never found a price that I couldn't get cheaper from other sites
- so double check those other quotes you looked at, if its a £100 cheaper though - nice one.

It really depends where you are going. Take random 7 nights may 7th 2010 Ayai Napa , Cyprus - Hotels4U (as found on www.RoomRateCompare.com ) for many examples are less than £1 cheaper than next best Alpharooms (as found on www.hotelscomparison.com ) but quidco cashback Hotels4U is 10% + Alpharooms is 5% so theres a potential saving of over 5%.
BTW
Hotelopia often have discount codes of up to 15% too, then another 10% quidco and they can shoot from what looked like an also ran, to first place.
Thats why it is important to use several comparison sites to maximise the amount of companies being searched.
When booking hotels/ apts, I always use 4 comparison sites
www.RoomRateCompare.com
www.Hotelscomparison.com
www.Trivago.co.uk
and finally, although it takes ages for results to load + can be a bit fiddly to sort
www.travelsupermarket.com
Some sites are on Quidco but not on topcashback + visa versa so its worth being a member of both.0 -
I checked loads of sites and for this particular hotel and dates, and hotels4u were tops.
Have to fish for a hotelopia code though as i may get an ever better rate with that0 -
