Motoring Legal Costs

Has anyone read the item in the Sunday Mirror which is about new regutation which come into force later this month. All driver whether found guily or innocent of any motering offence will have to pay the full costs. There is a petition you can sign to object to this at the No 10 website go to

Umm, doesn't this mean poor people will go guilty whilst footballers get Mr Loophole to defend them?

I sure as hell wouldn't bother defending a 3 point charge if I knew I'd foot the solicitor's costs. What a load of !!!!!!!!
