Too early to tell but DH loves the TENS machine so far.

We got the heated one that massages & kneeds.

Once he's better try and get him along to a Pilates class, it will do wonders for his stomach and core muscles, involves no jumping around in leotards, and is recommended by my physio as a great way to be proactive about one's back. ( It wouldn't help my tennis elbow, though:p)

  • Hi
I've had a bad back on and off for years. Like ailuro2, I find Pilates really helps, but then my cousin in a Pilates teacher so I would say that!
I also have been to see a physiotherapist which really helped loosen everything up, but some for some people an osteopath or a chiropractor can be more suitable. Plus, Simplyhealth paid for 75% of all of my physio treatment which helped take the pain away too (bringing it back to finance Martin)!
Hope it stays on the right track and you keep on skipping round Sainsbury!
