balance transfers and minimum payments

hi everyone,

my girlfriend has just done a balance transfer from an abbey card. she has transfered most of the balance to a halifax card.

my question is that she has just received an abbey statement showing no balance has been transfered away from the card, so im assuming the statement must have been sent before the funds were credited to the card.

does she still have to pay this months minimum payment, or does the balance thats been transfered count as the min payment.

also if she does pay it, she will have a credit balance so is this easy to get back?

She shouldn't have to; but to be on the safe side call customer services once you think the credit should have reached the Abbey card and check the balance / situation.
