Cancel Experian credit check

Hi I signed up fro the 30 day free trial and used it for a few months. I then got an email saying that my debit card was out of date and I had to enter my new details to continue using the service. I didnt and forgot about it. Does this mean that I owe them money or it will affect my credit rating. I have not had any contact from them since it happened over a year ago now. Any adivce would be appreciated.

    Hi,

The fact that they say that you need to update it in order to "continue using the service" tells me that they will simply close your account; you won't be in debt to them at all. Especially if you've not heard from them for over a year!

    I wouldn't worry!
