When I took out a 5 year loan 3 years ago I was sold a flexible protection plan. Is that the same as a PPI and can I claim on that. It disappears after the loan is paid up in 2 years. Could anybody help me please

Hello there and welcome.;)
It probably is the same as PPI, just worded different as some are.
If you have the terms and conds for the policy, also check this out to see what your protected for, if you no longer hold them, google the bank of whom sold you the policy and also write in Flexible protection plan, this should give the details.
Come back if you can to let us know if you find them.
For more on reclaiming with useful info, here below is the link of Martin's, which includes the guidelines of reclaiming, with a check list of mis selling reasons, template letters etc, if you require help, give us a yell, good luck.;)
