Afternoon - does any have a link to the temlates?? I am actually looking for a specific one (which I know exists as have seen it many times!).
One I am looking for simplay requests a refund, without having to enter an amount. The second letter requests the full amount plus interest (but again is not specific on the amount).
Actually though I had these saved on my computer, but it appears not.
And before anyone jumps in with "see the search box" - I have tried, but am unable to locate anything.

No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
