It's been over a month and hasn't tracked. (This is starting to become a habit.) I'd like to submit an enquiry, but I'm unsure how to fill in the form. Anyone done it/got any advice?

I can leave the transaction amount blank and enter '1' for the quantity. But the next form asks for (in red) a transaction reference, along with the following advice:

Please confirm your order reference in the format of 98270016. This is supplied on your email confirmation issued to you by EDF Energy.

I never got such a reference or email.

All I have is a customer number for my electricity account. I'm still awaiting one for the gas. This can take a while longer to set up than elec., apparently. Probably delayed even further by the postal strike.

I have done 2 EDF transactions via Cashack kings and they both tracked in about 20 minutes.

You dont get a number on the email but you do get the contract number on the conformation letter and it is 8 digits, this is the one Quidco require

I found a letter with a 'Contract Number' on it. Enquiry submitted. Another 60 day wait period. This seems to keep happening to me with energy switches via Quidco.

Quidco energy switches normally track very quickly - if they are going to
(validation can be months though - as with other cashback sites)

Do you clear your cookies & browsing history before going through quidco? If not, and there is something on your computer that says you've already been direct to the website (i.e. not through quidco), then it won't track.

Some people use a different browser that is used solely for use on cashback sites to help overcome the issue of deals not tracking.

I had to raise a query too for EDF. Didn't get an email from them but found the number on my confirmation letter. Just hope it goes through okay.
