Results next week!

Ok we were told last week one person in our team was going to be made redundant. Its 1 person in a group of 7 of us. Now they are going to go through a marking system and we will find out this week who they have chosen to go. The first week i was hysterical about it because i have a family to support but the 2nd week i felt alot better because i prewarned my family about it and that there was a chance it is me who is made redundant. I cant stop thinking about this and its driving me pretty much crazy. I love my job! i love nearly everyone in my team and have prepared my CV already but havent yet started applying for other jobs because there is a high chance its not me, 1 in 7 i just cant imagine i do that bad a job that im worst than everyone else, not being big headed but i know i work harder than at least 2 other people in the team.

Anyway i cant go out because worried about if its me and the money situation so im just stuck at home slowly going out of my mind. What to do? i know no one can really help me now but i just felt i really needed to get this off my chest.

I also have a family and was made redundant myself a month ago and still looking for employment.:o

Not the best situation especially with Christmas coming.
