Had 4 letters from 1st Credit threaten legal action , been bankrupt just over 5 months now lol

I wouldn't bother the OR with them either. You could contact them direct and tell them you are bankrupt - I'm sure they already know though!!

I got a letter last week from Regal Credit, been BR 16 months!!0

I too had a letter from 1st CREDIT today,...rang them and told BR, they said ....yes we know but by law we have to send out the statement as amount is still outstanding?????
then asked when my BR finishes?
Thing is it wasn't really a staement as it was asking for payments?0 -
me too since my Br i have received every 2/3 month a letter from them .. the latest one they have included a statement saying I havent paid anything since 2008 and if i didnt pay they may get a CCj, send the bailiff and declared me bankrupt .....BSC number 1830

They can send out a statement as the debt is not discharged unil you are, but they should not be asking for payment as this breaches insolvency lawHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
