I'm new to this moneysaving malarky... and also to Quidco. However, this morning I have changed my Pet Insurance from Tesco to MoreThan; saving me £2 a month on my premium, and getting me £45 cashback (when it is credited...)

Hey OP. I've had to ticket a couple of items on my Quidco account but they were dealt with pretty quickly and the money received. Please take no notice of the unhelpfull comments from Ruthha or her other screen name Timidtoad as she has her own agenda on here.

Thats not very nice to say about someone and may i say the only one on here that said they would send you £ 10 so you could sleep at night . You should be happy that some kind person would help you in your hour of need , so maybe in a small way RUTHHA helped you. Shows a very thoughtful person .
love_my_2_boys Help with old debt please!!!!
Hi hoping someone can give me some sound advice
A number of years ago I took out a credit card with Barclays, got myself into a mess financialy with this card and other debts. I had made an arangement to pay all of them off which I have bar this one, had requested a payment card/book which never appeared, they didn't get back in touch with me until last year (about 4 years after defaulting)
I made one payment and again never heard anything until recently, Credit Solutions are now on my case about paying it off, I have recently moved in with my partner they managed to get my new address somehow, and he doesn't know about this, he is dead against credit of any kind and would be very angry with me about it.
So, I'm not working at the moment, the house and cars etc are soley in my partners name and I can't claim benefits due to his income, so basicly I have no money of my own with wich to pay or any assets. What do I do???
Tossed and turned all night thinking about it, I actualy feel sick constantly. As I live with my partner can they make him pay on my behalf, will they try and contact him?
Any advice on what to do would be gratefully received.
I know I'm stupid for getting myself in this situation in the first place...0 -
