Ferrolli !!!!!!

Be warned anyone who is considering buying a Ferrolli boiler. We had one installed 18 months ago, the 5 yr guarantee helped with the choice. However, we had numerous problems with the timer & had to keep calling them out. They fixed it the 6th time after we insisted we would take it to trading standards. Now there is another problem & we have to start the process all over again. & there is the rub.
First of all, it was an 0870 number, but luckily I found a geografic alternative. They have now changed it to 0871, since Sky started including 0870 in free calls. Good job too, as yesterday it took 37 mins for me to reach the end of the queue. Then, they will arrange an engineer to call, but refuse to give an approximate time- only "between 8-5. " This is so frustrating as I have to book a full day off work. If they gave me either a morning slot or pm slot, I could work it between ourselves. Last year I used 6 days holidays, just waiting in for a Ferrolli engineer. It makes my blood boil.
Just to be clear- I WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A FERROLLI PRODUCT TO ANYONE. I WILL NOT BE TAKING OUT THEIR "5* COVER PLAN WHEN THE 5 YRS IS UP. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER.
