This film download company offers a trial period for 99cents, with supposedly the option of cancelling your membership should you choose, BUT, as soon as you enter your details they IMMEDIATELY take $50. They will not respond to emails requesting a refund. If you do an internet search on this company, they are well known for this scam - sadly I did my research too late.

My bank recommended that I cancel my card because of this company's reputation - that means myself and my husband have to now wait for new cards that may take up to 10 working days.

The download of a film took ALL afternoon even with the recommended software, the film came in 2 parts and when I tried to play it 1 part worked and the other 1 didn't so I had to re-download.

Give these cowboys a wide berth.
