All my appliances work now. Something to do with fuses. Think I have post kitchen depression nowQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I just remembered DS has to go to the dentist tomorrow for his first proper filling (with drill) Absolutely dreading it _pale_
Just try not to pass your fear onto him, I often find kids are fine as they have no preconceptions.
There were many occasions when we would be explaining about 'sleepy juice' to a child when the big gobbed parent would say "Are you going to give him the needle?"
How well does your dentist handle kids generally? has your son been worried about it at all, does going for check-ups bother him at all?
Let the dentist handle all the explanations, try not to get involved except to support him, if he is not co-operative ask if he can be referred to the salaried services.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
Yeah, that's it Sammy-'post kitchen depression'
Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

You need to invite us all round for an MSE dinner party to christen this new kitchen.
We could do an MSE version of Come dine with me! :T

I am crapping myself about Christmas - I have to MOT my car, pay the insurance on my camper, and still need to buy presents for my sisters and parents, plus a few bits for the kids. Plus I need a carpet, a bed and a wardrobe.
Soooooo skint!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I wont pass on my fear - his dad is taking him
I find our dentist very abrupt to be honest. He tries really hard, yet every time we go, she bollokks him for not cleaning his teeth properly, which makes him feel very demoralised. A bit more positive praise would do so much more good
He isnt showing any worries yet, but I only reminded him this morning. I'll know tonight if he sleepwalks or has a nightmare because thats how he shows stress or worry.
I'm sure he will co-operate, or try his best to. I've promised him a day out if he's brave:DIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
