Anyone been to Billund,Denmark?

Going for a few days beginning of dec . Apart from Legoland ( don`t really want to go there) is there anything else in the area thats interesting?

It is all about Legoland. The town itself is ok but nothing exciting. If you are a history buff there are some burial mounds about 20km away, but I forget the name. If you are going to be in Denmark for a few days you should go to Copenhagen. At least there is a bit more to see and do there.
Be warned though, Denmark can be expensive.0 -
how far is it to get from Billund to copenhagen roughly as we can hire a car for the day0
