Does anyone know of anyway of getting a full refund from Globespan, they have changed the flight times. And whilst I am aware they do have it in there small print allowing them to do this. They only seem to want to offer a change and not a refund. So if anyone knows of a way around this set up, i would be grateful. I paid with a credit card, the new hours shorten my stay. Thanks

I believe a change has to be of 12 hours or more before it is regarded as a major change and therefore may be refunded.0

They changed our flight time by ten hours, very clever!
It cost our party over £500 on care hire cancellation, hotel bills, meals etc-they are NOT my favourite company!!
They are a shambles, sorry, don't expect anything from them.Filiss0
