Can't get on whatlaptop site

Does anyone know if the https://www.whatlaptop.co.uk site is having problems? I've had "cannot find server" for the last 2 days although tonight I thought I'd try pinging the site which worked ok.

Don't know what's up but Googling shows that there have been similar problems in May & June of this year.

It's a bot odd isn't it?

Google lists a reasonable summary, and actually includes the text "ISSUE 62 - AUGUST 2004, GROUP TEST: BARGAIN LAPTOPS £749"

So clearly they have had contact with the site recently. Lets just hope it's a technical hitch!

I tried Googling for information too but never found anything about probs in May/June. The cached Google page was retrieved on 27/07/04.

I think the problem has been just last couple of days (now today too). I'm actually trying to get to the forum pages. Just have to wait I guess. If anyone finds out anything please post. Thanks

The site and forum are up and running for me.
I do not think laptops represent value for money but they are a good status symbol which more than makes up for the deficit.
