Can i transfer the balance on my mastercard to a cashplus card , the interest on the master card is a bit steep thats all

Instead of loading the money onto the prepaid Cashplus card, why don't you just pay the mastercard off with the same money?
The idea of a balance transfer to a prepaid card is just bizarre.====0
