Had an issue with a non paying bidder, who had previously declined an agreed cancellation, thus leaving me with nowhere to go and being charged an FVF for an item that never got paid for. I emailed ebay, they were very helpful, asked for some info - and voila, my FVF refunded.
My only gripe would be that surely an allowance to leave negative feedback should be made for a seller when the dispute process has been adhered to and the buyer chooses not to pay.
Ah well - such is life!
